MAX Programme



What does the MAX
programme include?

• Personal food diary analysis – We review your current food choices and provide comprehensive feedback on how to achieve weight loss, together with practical advice on healthier alternatives. We also calculate a recommended personal daily calorie intake based on you and your lifestyle.

• Fitness classes – Two fitness classes a week with just five other MAX members to kick start your fitness regime and help encourage weight loss.

• Eat well workshops – Weekly information workshops on nutrition and healthy eating designed to help you understand the truth about what you should be eating and why to control your weight.

• Ongoing support – Face to face, telephone or online support available from the MAX instructor to help keep you on track.

• Personal organiser - Your own unique MAX personal organiser where you can record your progress and store information.


What is MAX?
MAX is an exclusive 6 week weight loss and fitness programme combing nutrition advice and weekly fitness classes. Limited to just 6 members per programme, MAX is designed to bring you long-term weight loss results that last.

With MAX, there are no “banned” foods, large groups or public weigh-ins. Our aim is to give you honest fitness and nutrition advice that works, delivered in a small and friendly group environment.
